St. Louis County developer William Stallings, who admits he bilked a bank out of more than 435-thousand dollars has been put on two years probation, told he must spent three consecutive weekends in jail, and has been fined 10-thousand dollars. Stallings made false bank entries in a real estate deal. He has paid back all of the money. He’s told a judge it was a one-time-only mistake.
