A quiet “yes, sir” is the answer from the man accused of murdering a Branson motel clerk last week…when asked if he understands he could face the death penalty. Taney County authorities have arraigned Trevor Jones of Hollister. He is still recovering from gunshot wounds to his left arm and right leg. Branson police officers shot him when they answered a call to the motel.
