Pharmacy fraud charges have been dismissed in Kansas City by a federal judge who is not sure they should have been filed to begin with. Judge Scott Wright says he agrees with a lower court judge that federal might not apply to their case. The federal prosecutor says he’ll appeal that ruling. The prosecutor says they did not tell that to the pharmacies.
