Joel Shelton of St. Louis Vashon High School has been named Mr. Show-Me Basketball for the year 2000. Shelton helped Vashon to a Class 4A state title. Nixa senior Terianne Wolford is Miss Show-Me Basketball. The 6-1 Wolford averaged 21 points and led the Eagles to a 3A title. Wolford will play at Mizzou in the fall. The awards were voted on by the Missouri Basketball Coaches Association.
