Ahhhh home sweet home. The Royals are now 10-2 at Kauffman Stadium after beating Seattle 6-3. Jose Rosado allowed two runs in 5 and 2/3 innings, and may have lasted longer, but he was forced out of the game by a 50 minute rain delay. He improved to 2-2 on the year, and Ricky Bottalico got his third save. Mark Quinn and Joe Randa homered for the Royals. Mike Sweeney snapped a 2-2 tie with a two-out RBI bunt single in the 5th, and Jermaine Dye drove him in with a double. Dye is hitting .388 with 11 homers and 12 doubles He’s the first major leauger ever to have at least 10 home runs and 10 doubles in April. The Royals host Oakland tonight. Chad Durbin will pitch against Omar Olivares.
