A teacher of communication arts at Park College has gotten a Fulbright Scholarship to teach for a year in the former Soviet Republic of Moldova. Assistant professor Steven Youngblood will teach undergraduates and professors for the first six months next year. The Fulbright scholarship program focuses on improved relations between the United States and other nations.
