A jury in Kansas City could become the first in almost half a century to hand down a death penalty in a federal murder case. Three men from the country of Colombia have been convicted of murdering a man they thought stole about a quarter-million dollars in drug money fromt hem. A jury which spent nine hours deciding their guilt now will decide if they should get the death penalty. The last time a federal jury imposed the death penalty in Kansas City was 19-56.
