Fatherhood summit opens in St. Louis

A governor’s summit on responsible fatherhood has opened in St. Louis, with Governor Carnahan describing the meeting as a search for stronger bonds between children and their fathers. Carnahan says groups need to work to helpl somefathers realize that acknowledgeing their paternity and assuming parental responsibility for their children is the right thing to do.
