The state Senate votes to ask Missourians to change the term limits law, letting Legislators serve 12 years instead of eight. St. Charles Senator Ted House calls the move a “slap in the face” of the people who clearly expressed their wishes for term limits in 19-92. But House was outvoted almost 2-1 as the Senate sent the proposal to the House. If the House approves, the issue goes to voters next April.
