Graduates of 33 more Missouri public schools will be eligible for state financial aid to attend a community college or public technical school. The state board of education has declared their schools A-plus schools, meaning the schools have improved academic performance, lowered dropout rates…and have better attendance and fewer discipline problems compared to other public high schools. About one-fourth of Missouri’s public high schools now fall into the A-plus category.
