Lighten Alcohol Ban on Fraternity Houses

April 26, 2000 By admin Leave a Comment

The University of Missouri has decided to let fraternity houses be a little damp. A total ban on alcoholic beverages in fraternity houses has been softened so fraternity members who are 21 or older can have beverages in their rooms, and houses can serve drinks to members and guests who are of legal age. Otherwise…no alcohol in the houses. The university had suggested the strict all-dry policy to cut down on underage drinking.
