Chased Teens Cause Fatal Accident

Two boys, 14 and 16, in a stolen pickup truck being chased by police, have smashed into an oncoming car in St. Louis, killing a 79-year-old man headed to church. Dead is Rockefeller Smith, whose car was thrown into the air by the impact and sheared off a small tree. Police say the two boys had minor injuries and might be charged with murder or manslaughter under the juvenile law. Police say they were chasing them becasue of reports they had pointed a gun at a motorist, and then an officers during the chase.
