A judge makes sure Kevin Moore never walks the streets again. Moore has been sentenced to six consecutive life prison terms, plus 30 years, for kidnapping a woman near a St. Louis County mall, then raping and sodomizing her. Moore says the woman agreed to sex in return for cocaine. Moore also has to serve the rest of another life term he got for a 19-81 murder. He served 16 years of that conviction before his release.
