A call for more accountability in the state clean stream program is heard ont he state senate floor. Senator Sam Graves of Tarkio wants to know what the state is getting for its money in the Stream Team program. But the head of the stream team program says the program’s annual report is available on the internet anytime Graves wants to see it. And the conservation department’s Rick Wehnes says the figures show the state gets far more back from the progran than it puts in.
