Child abuser put on notice

April 25, 2000 By admin Leave a Comment

Rogersville resident David Stickler has some specific requirements to meet if he wants out of jail on a child abuse charge. The judge says he cannot have contact with anybody younger than 17 and cannot possess any lethal weapons, incendiary devices or firearms. Stickler has pleaded not guilty to a charge of using the internet to lure a 14-year-old girl to a Springfield city park. The “girl” turned out to be an undercover Springfield police officer. Court records show Stickler has several weapons.
