A St. Charles County company says it has come up with a gun lock that does not require keys or combinations. It’s a twist=on lock developed by W-L-H Safety Incorporated of O”Fallon. The company has given 200 of the locks to the U-S marshal’s service, the St. Charles police department, and the Million Mom March group.
