A woman from St. Louis has been ordered to prison for three years because of a fatal traffic accident. Lisa B. Clay-Richardson pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter. She was on the wrong side of the road almost two years ago when her car hit another one head-on, killing the other driver.
