A judge has ordered the head of a St. Louis company to repay the Medicare program almost 620-thousand dollars he got from it through fraud. Edward C. Fann of St. Louis County also has to spend a year in prison. Fann pleaded guilty in October. He and a business associate overbilled medicare for therapy services provided at nursing homes.
