The Teamsters Union has accused Associated Wholesale Grocers of negotiating in bad faith. Union leaders from Springfield have taken their case to the National Labor Relations Board. A board spokesman says it might be two or three weeks before a decision is made. Associated has hired a non-union company to run its warehouse and its delivery services.
