A candidate for Secretary of State thinks local prosecutors are too likely to resist prosecuting peope who violate election laws becaue of personal or political reasons. So Matt Blunt wants the law changed so the Attorney General also can prosecute. He says that will ensure the cases are investigated and prosecuted.
