A 19-98 traffic accdident that left two 15-year-old girls dead in Jefferson County has produced a guilty plea to vehicular manslaughter. House Springs resident Todd Hartmann has pleaded guilty in return for a promise that he will spend no more than six years in prison. Otherwise, he faced 21 years in prison. Two passengers in his car were killed and another one was seriously injured when Hartmann’s car hit a rock bluff. Hartmann was drunk at the time.
