Apeals Court rules in favor of General Motors

April 18, 2000 By admin Leave a Comment

The longest-running product liability lawsuit in Kansas City federal court continues…with an appeals court ruling that General Motors does not have to release some information sought by the people who have filed the lawsuit. They want GM to turn over documents showing the company knew about the faulty pumps for more than 15 years. But a federal appeals court says the documents are protected information.
