The billboard campaign offering payments to drug and alcohol addicts who get long-term birth control has been a short one. The company that owns the billboards has taken the messages down. Lamar Advertising says the message was not appropriate for a public service message. Organizers of the advertising campaign say they’ve already found another billboard company to use.
