Some billboards in Kansas City are offering 200-dollars cash to drug addicts and alcoholics who start using long-term birth control. The billboards are sponsored by a California-based group that sponsors a similar program there. A spokesman for Planned Parenthood calls the campaign “unethical and contrary to individual choice.”
