The former president of a St. Louis ambulance company pleads NOT guilty to 50 charges of medicare fraud and mail fraud. Former Abbot Ambulance President Terrence Doughtery is charged with billing medicare for ambulance trips that people did not need to take. A member of his executive staff, Phillip Salvati, also has pleaded NOT guilty to charges in the case.
