A Chesterfield man already ticketed for drunk driving now faces a manslaughter charge. Police say Michael Morris ran over a pedestrian, who died. Officers say Morris tried to back out of a parking space, hit a car behind him, then accelerated forward onto the sidewalk and hit David Eppler.
