A former Hannibal speech pathologist has been sentenced to five years in prison for defrauding the Missouri Medicaid program out of more than 200-thousand dollars. Julie Roberts, who now lives in Springfield, also will repay the state the money she took. Roberts had been charged with 18 counts of submitting false statements to the state medicaid program. The charges said that sometimes she submitted claims for working more than 24 hours a day.
