A former ambulance company president has been indicted in St.Louis on charges he filed false Medicare claims. The indictment lists 50 charges against Terrence Daugherty of St.Louis, accused of filing claims for patients who really did not need ambulance trips. Also indicted is a former member of the executive staff of Abbott Ambulance service, Phillip Salvati.
