Attorney General Janet Reno has cleared the way for the death penalty to be sought in Kansas City against Keith Nelson. Nelson is charged with kindpapping a ten-year-old girl in Kansas, sexually abusing her and killing her. Her body was found near a Grain Valley, Missouri church last October. The jury will have to unanimously convict Nelson of either or both of the charges before it will be asked to decide if he should be executed.
