For the seventh month in a row, TWA has recorded the best on-time record in the airline industry. It’s the ninth time in the last year that the Federal transportation department has listed TWA on top. The department says 80 percent of TWA’s flights arrived within 15 minutes of the published schedule in February. TWA is based in St. Louis.
