A Springfield lawyer hopes DNA evidence clears his client, who has bene convicted of kidnap and rape charges. The lawyer for Armand Villasana says the DNA evidence shows the body fluids used to convict Vilasana are not his. Villasana is to be sentenced Friday to 40 years in prison unless the judge agrees to the motion for a new trial.
