New Westminster president begins July 1

Westminster College in Fulton turns to an army general for its 19th president. Brigadier General Fletcher Lamkin will begin duties July first. He’s the Dean of the Academic Board at the United States Military Academy, West Point. He’s been in charge of 13 academic departments at West Point since 19-95.
