Census form returns lagging

The census bureau says 51 percent of Missourians who should send back their census forms, have… That’s a hair better than the national average, but not what the census bureau had hoped. It had hoped for a 70-percent return rate. Tomorrow is the official Census Day, which the bureau promotes as THE day to mail back the forms.
