Man convicted of injecting his son with HIV-infected blood loses appeal

A man convicted of injecting his son with HIV-infected blood has lost an appeal of his conviction. Brian Stewart had been charged with trying to kill his son to avoid child support payments. Stewart’s son is now nine years old, has full-blown AIDS. Stewart has been sentenced to life in prison.
