A former Kansas City school board member who still has not reiumbursed the school district for personal use of district telephones and credit cards now faces arrest on an old Colorado forgery case. Connie Clark is charged with failing to pay two-thousand dollars in restitution in a 19-90 forgery case in Colorado. Her lawyer says she did make that payment, through a probation office in Utah, where she had moved before moving to Kansas City. She still owes the Kansas City school district almost five-thousand dollars. She also faces eviction from her home. Her landlords say they have not received payment for rent and utility bills since last October.
