The world’s biggest maker of printed circuit boards goes public tomorrow. Viasystems Group, based in Clayton, wants to sell 40-million shares of stock, starting tomorrow at 16 to 19 dollars a share. The company wants to raise 640-million dollars. The company has no manufacturing plants here–just the headquarters.
