SLU’s Run Ended by Utah

March 17, 2000 By admin Leave a Comment

Saint Louis University’s post-season run is over. SLU led nearly the entire second half, but lost to Utah 48-45. Jeff Johnson’s three pointer with 1:43 to play gave Utah its first second half lead. The Utes held on from there as Dave Ferguson missed a three pointer that would have tied the game at the buzzer. Utah held Justin Love to just 9 points. Maurice Jeffers led the Bills with 10. SLU finishes the year 19-14.
