The state appeals court strengthens a ruling against a North Carolina brewery that tried to sell beer to Missourians through the internet. A lower court ruling had held that Hog’s Head Beer Cellars had violated the state’s consumer protection laws. The state says delivery of the beer took place in Missouri, when the consumer got it. Hog’s Head argued the delivery took palce when the beer was given to the delivery firm in North Carolina.
