A sixth grader has been kicked out of school in West Plains for having green hair. In January, he was the junior high school’s student of the month. The mother of Randy Culpepper calls the school’s action “ridiculous.” Randy’s father died his hair green last weekend. The school has a policy against disruptive behavior and school officials say his hair could have caused disruptions. He’s been told he can return if his hair is dyed a normal color.
