St. Joseph officials think they want a new pork processing plant, but want to be sure. Mayor Larry Stobbs is leading a group to Guyman; Oklahoma to see what kind of impact a Seaboard Plant has had on that community. St. Joseph has a history in the meat processing industry, which used to be a major employer in the city. The Seaboard Plant would process 16,000 hogs a day.
