The Blues dominated, but Vancouver scored two third period goals to tie St. Louis, 2-2. It was the first time this season the Blues failed to win when leading after two periods. They’re now 29-0-1 in that situation. The Blues buzzed Canuck goaltender Felix Potvin all night, outshooting Vancouver 39-19, and 7-nothing in overtime. But Potvin repeatedly made brilliant saves to give his team a point on the road. The Blues lead Detroit by five points. They host Anaheim tomorrow and travel to play Dallas Sunday.
