The state auditor and the attorney general are investigating a 621-thousand-dollar contract between Central Missouri State University and its former president Ed Elliott. The three-year deal calls on Elliott to raise money for the school and expand Central’s international program. But the attorney general and the auditor question part of the contract that pays Elliott’s wife for travel.
