A state audit of Wellston turns up a number of problems–incliuding the city overbilling the federal government for more than 90-thousand dollars, illegal pay raises for some city workers, and a city worker getting a city-owned car that he never returned. Residents of Wellston petitioned the state auditor for the investigation.
