We won’t learn how much a St. Charles woman is getting in her out-of-court settlement with a St. Louis hospital and an oral surgeon there. The settlement has been ordered sealed by the judge hearing the case filed by Cathy Elsea. She said the surgeon did not perform the operation, and let a resident do the surgery on her jaw. During the surgery her jaw was broken in three places.
