Three murder charges have been filed against a Kansas City man accused of being the lookout for the arsonist who set a fire that killed a woman and her two sons in 19-98. A federal grand jury in kansas City has charged Rondell Cornelius, who has pleaded NOT guilty. The woman’s boyfriend jumped out of a second story window to escape the fire.
