It was a brief stay in Kansas City for Missouri’s women. Missouri was ousted by Colorado in the first round of the Big 12 tournament last night, 83-68. The game was tied at 56, before the Buffaloes finished with a 27-12 run. It’s the second time in two weeks that Colorado beat Missouri. The Buffaloes won only three other conference games all year. Amanda Lassiter led Missouri with 17 points. The Tigers are 17-11, and are hoping for an invitation to the women’s NIT.
