Audit: Apparent Embezzlement in Breckenridge Hills

A state audit says almost 14-thousand dollars in bonds have been collected by the municipal court in Breckenridge Hills…but not deposited in the court’s bank account. The money disappeared in a 20-month period, starting in January of ’97. Nobody has been charged but the case is being investigated.
