The government has paid Andrew Chambers more than two million dollars for information leading to 400 arrests in various states and the confiscation of more than one ton of cocaine in the last 16 years. But revelations that he’s a liar already have led to the release of four suspected drug dealers. And prosecutors worry that other cases, including a lot of convictions, will now fall apart.
