Death Penalty Sought for Dragger

The death penalty will be sought for the man who dragged six-year-old Jake Robel to death last month in Independence. A grand jury has charged Kim Davis with first-degree murder. Davis is charged with carjacking the boy’s mother’s car…and driving it at speeds of as much as 80 miles an hour with the boy tangled in his seatbelt outside the car.
