Brock sculpture unveiled at Lindenwood University

Monday afternoon, the campus of Lindenwood University unveiled and dedicated a sculpture of St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Famer Lou Brock.

“Today, I feel like it is the last game of my career, and the beginning of a new career,” Brock said. “I am humble and grateful to Lindenwood University for this day. I would like to say thanks to the Board of Directors, President Evans, and the entire University body, which includes the students.”

Lindenwood football fights to get back to NAIA title game

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) released the 16 teams that made the 2010 Football Championship Series and the first-round matchups. The # 5 Lindenwood football team made the field for the fourth straight season and will host # 10 Saint Francis (Ind.) at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday at Hunter Stadium in St. Charles.
